Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery under our return policy.

How to Start a Return

Ship the package using your preferred carrier and send us the tracking number.

Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

To qualify for a return:

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Original packaging should be included whenever possible.

• Final sale items, clearance products, and marked non-returnable items are not eligible.

• Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to assist with a size exchange whenever possible.
